• 계정 정보: Apple 로그인(Sign in with Apple)을 통해 제공되는 익명 사용자 식별자. 이메일 인증 로그인 시 이메일 주소
• 프로필 정보: 이용자가 직접 입력한 닉네임, 프로필 이모지
• 서비스 이용 정보: 생성한 빙고판 항목, 완료 상태, 그룹(방) 정보, 보상 설정
• 인증 사진: 미션 완료 시 회원이 직접 촬영하거나 업로드한 사진 이미지 (카메라 및 사진 라이브러리 접근 권한 필요, 같은 빙고 방 참여자에게 공개됨)
• 인앱 구매 관련: 구매 여부 및 구매 날짜 (결제 수단 정보는 Apple이 직접 관리하며 회사에 전달되지 않음)
• 자동 수집 정보: 기기 식별 정보, OS 버전, 앱 오류(크래시) 로그 (Firebase Crashlytics)

2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적

• 서비스 제공: 빙고판 저장, 그룹 실시간 동기화, 계정 관리, 미션 인증 사진 저장 및 같은 그룹 참여자 공개
• 프리미엄 기능 제공: 인앱 구매 상태 확인 및 기능 활성화
• 고객 지원: 문의 사항 응답 및 기술적 지원
• 서비스 개선: 앱 오류 진단 및 품질 향상

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

원칙적으로, 사용자의 개인정보는 서비스 이용이 종료되거나 삭제 요청 시 지체 없이 파기합니다.

• 보존 항목: 프로필 정보, 빙고 데이터
• 보존 기간: 계정 삭제 요청 후 30일 이내 영구 삭제
• 인증 사진: 빙고 방 삭제 또는 이용자가 직접 삭제 시 즉시 파기됩니다. 계정 삭제 시 해당 계정이 업로드한 모든 인증 사진도 함께 파기됩니다.

단, 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 등 관계 법령의 규정에 의해 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 법령에서 정한 기간 동안 보관합니다.

4. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법

• 파기 절차: 계정 탈퇴 또는 삭제 요청 시 모든 데이터는 복구 불가능한 상태로 파기됩니다.
• 파기 방법: Firebase에 저장된 전자적 파일은 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법으로 삭제합니다.
• 삭제 요청: yogotgam@gmail.com으로 요청 시 처리해 드립니다.

5. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 아래의 경우는 예외입니다.

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보를 조회하거나 수정할 수 있으며, 앱 삭제를 통해 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 관련 이의 사항은 아래 개인정보 보호책임자에게 이메일로 연락하시면 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.

8. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

• 데이터 암호화: Firebase의 암호화 저장 및 전송 보안 프로토콜 사용
• 접근 제어: Firebase 보안 규칙을 통한 인가된 사용자만 데이터 접근 허용
• 정기적인 보안 검토: 해킹, 바이러스 등에 의한 개인정보 유출 방지를 위한 보안 수준 유지

9. 인앱 구매 및 환불

BingoRingo는 프리미엄 기능을 위한 일회성 영구 구매(Non-Consumable)를 제공합니다.

• 구매 처리: 모든 인앱 구매는 Apple App Store를 통해 처리되며 Apple의 보안 정책에 따라 관리됩니다.
• 환불: 환불 정책은 Apple App Store의 환불 정책을 따릅니다. 환불 요청은 Apple 고객 지원을 통해 진행해 주세요.
• 구매 기록: 구매 기록은 Apple ID와 연동되며 회사는 결제 금액이나 수단 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다.
• 구매 복원: 동일 Apple ID로 '구매 복원' 기능을 통해 다른 기기에서도 복원할 수 있습니다.

10. 아동 개인정보 보호

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동으로부터 의도적으로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 이용자의 개인정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 된 경우 즉시 삭제 조치합니다.

12. 방침 변경 고지 의무

• In-app Purchase Related: Purchase status and date (payment method is managed directly by Apple and not transmitted to the Company).
• Automatically Collected: Device identification, OS version, crash logs (Firebase Crashlytics).

2. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information

• Service Provision: Bingo board storage, group real-time sync, account management, proof photo storage and sharing with group members.
• Premium Feature Access: Verifying in-app purchase status and enabling features.
• Customer Support: Responding to inquiries and providing technical assistance.
• Service Improvement: App error diagnosis and quality enhancement.

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay when service use ends or upon deletion request.

• Retained Items: Profile information, bingo data.
• Retention Period: Permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
• Proof Photos: Deleted immediately when the bingo room is deleted or when the user manually removes the photo. All proof photos uploaded by an account are also deleted upon account deletion.

However, if retention is necessary under applicable laws, personal information is retained for the period specified by such laws.

4. Procedure and Method of Destroying Personal Information

• Destruction Procedure: Upon account withdrawal or deletion request, all user data is destroyed in an irrecoverable state.
• Destruction Method: Electronic files stored in Firebase are deleted using technical methods that cannot reproduce the records.

5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company does not provide user personal information to external parties in principle. Exceptions include:

• Access Control: Firebase security rules allow only authorized users to access data.
• Regular Security Reviews: Security levels are maintained to prevent leakage from hacking or viruses.

9. In-app Purchase and Refunds

BingoRingo provides a one-time permanent purchase (Non-Consumable) for premium features.

• Purchase Processing: All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store under Apple's security policies.
• Refunds: Refund policy follows Apple App Store policy. Request via Apple Support.
• Purchase History: Linked to your Apple ID; the Company cannot access purchase amounts or payment details.
• Purchase Restoration: Restore purchases on other devices using the same Apple ID via "Restore Purchases."

10. Protection of Children's Personal Information

The app does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 14. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
