The developer of Dayco values your privacy and complies with applicable laws.

1. Data We Collect

No account signup is required, and we do not directly collect identifiers such as your name or email address inside the app.
Dayco stores the D-day title, date, type, repeat settings, display unit, card color, pinned state, sharing settings, and notification settings you enter to provide app features.
App preferences and whether iCloud backup is enabled are stored in local settings on your device.
Notification permission status is used to schedule local notifications.

2. Purpose of Use

Provide D-day lists, calendar views, and editing features
Deliver local notifications at the date and time selected by the user
Restore user settings when reopening the app
Support backup and restore when iCloud backup is enabled

3. Retention and Deletion

By default, data is stored on your device and may be removed when the app is deleted. If iCloud backup is enabled, data may be stored in your Apple iCloud account and CloudKit environment. iCloud data management may depend on your Apple account and device settings.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not send or sell your D-day data to a developer-operated server. If iCloud backup is enabled, Apple iCloud and CloudKit are used for data storage. Information may be provided only when required by law.

5. Permissions and External Services

Notifications: Used to deliver D-day alerts selected by the user.
iCloud/CloudKit: Used for backup and restore if the user enables iCloud backup.
Apple system behavior: Notifications and iCloud behavior follow iOS and Apple system policies.

6. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. We recommend not entering sensitive personal information in D-day titles or related fields.
