• iCloud 동기화 (선택): 사용자가 설정에서 iCloud 동기화를 활성화한 경우, 엉뚱한 일 기록(완료/패스 상태, 날짜 등)이 Apple iCloud(CloudKit)를 통해 저장 및 동기화됩니다. iCloud 동기화를 비활성화하면 데이터는 기기 내에만 저장됩니다.
• 인앱 구매 관련: Apple ID를 통한 거래 정보 (Apple에서 직접 관리)

2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적

회사는 수집한 개인정보를 다음의 목적을 위해 활용합니다.

• 서비스 제공: 엉뚱한 일 기록 저장, 통계 표시
• 고객 지원: 이메일을 통한 문의 사항 응답 및 기술적 지원
• 신규 서비스 개발 및 개선: 서비스 기능 개선을 위한 사용 통계 분석 및 앱 오류(크래시) 진단
• 알림 서비스: 선택적 일일 알림 전송

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

원칙적으로, 사용자의 개인정보는 서비스 이용이 종료되거나 삭제 요청 시 지체 없이 파기합니다.

• 보존 근거: 부정이용 방지 및 원활한 탈퇴 처리 지원
• 보존 기간: 계정 삭제 요청 후 30일 간 보관 후 영구 삭제

4. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법

회사는 원칙적으로 개인정보 처리 목적이 달성된 경우에는 지체 없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다.

• 파기 절차: 사용자는 앱 내 [설정 > 기록 초기화]를 통해 모든 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 계정 탈퇴 요청 시, 사용자의 모든 데이터는 복구 불가능한 상태로 파기됩니다.
• 파기 방법: 전자적 파일 형태로 저장된 개인정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제합니다.

5. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 아래의 경우에는 예외로 합니다.

• 이용자들이 사전에 동의한 경우
• 법령의 규정에 의거하거나, 수사 목적으로 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 수사기관의 요구가 있는 경우

• 인앱 구매 처리: Apple App Store (Apple이 직접 관리, 회사는 접근 불가)
• iCloud 데이터 동기화 (선택): Apple iCloud / CloudKit — 사용자가 iCloud 동기화를 활성화한 경우에 한하여, 엉뚱한 일 기록이 Apple의 iCloud 서버에 저장됩니다. Apple의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다. (apple.com/legal/privacy)

7. 이용자의 권리와 그 행사 방법

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보를 조회하거나 수정할 수 있으며 앱 삭제를 통해 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다.

개인정보 관련 이의 사항은 개인정보 보호책임자에게 이메일로 연락하시면 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.

8. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

회사는 개인정보보호법에 따라 다음과 같이 안전성 확보에 필요한 기술적/관리적 조치를 하고 있습니다.

• 데이터 암호화: 중요한 정보는 암호화되어 저장 및 관리되고 있습니다.
• 안전한 통신: 모든 통신은 안전한 프로토콜을 통해 이루어집니다.

9. 인앱 구매 및 환불

Quirkly는 개발자 응원을 위한 선택적 인앱 구매(커피 쏘기)를 제공합니다.

• 구매 처리: 모든 인앱 구매는 Apple App Store을 통해 처리되며, Apple의 보안 정책에 따라 관리됩니다.
• 환불: 환불 정책은 Apple App Store의 환불 정책을 따릅니다. 환불 요청은 Apple 계정 설정에서 직접 관리할 수 있습니다.
• 구매 기록: 구매 기록은 Apple ID와 연동되어 있으며, 회사는 구매 금액이나 결제 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다.

10. 개인정보 보호책임자

회사는 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄해서 책임지고, 개인정보 처리와 관련한 이용자의 불만 처리 및 피해 구제 등을 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정하고 있습니다.

11. 방침 변경 고지 의무

본 개인정보 처리방침의 내용 추가, 삭제 및 수정이 있을 경우 개정 최소 7일 전에 앱 내 또는 이메일을 통해 사전 고지할 것입니다.

Quirkly Developer (hereinafter "Company") values user personal information and complies with related laws and regulations such as the "Personal Information Protection Act." Through this Privacy Policy, the Company informs users what personal information is collected, how it is used, and what measures are taken to protect personal information.

1. Items and Methods of Collecting Personal Information

The Company collects the following personal information to provide smooth customer support and various services.

• Optionally Collected Items: Email address (to respond to inquiries and provide app updates)
• Items Automatically Collected During Service Use: Service usage records (quirky task records entered by users in the app, completion/pass status), device identification information (device ID), OS version, app access logs
• iCloud Sync (Optional): If the user enables iCloud sync in Settings, quirky task records (completion/pass status, dates, etc.) are stored and synchronized via Apple iCloud (CloudKit). If iCloud sync is disabled, data is stored only on the device.
• In-app Purchase Related: Transaction information through Apple ID (managed directly by Apple)

2. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information

The Company uses collected personal information for the following purposes.

• Service Provision: Storing quirky task records, displaying statistics
• Customer Support: Responding to inquiries and providing technical support via email
• New Service Development and Improvement: Usage statistics analysis and app crash diagnosis for service improvement
• Notification Service: Sending optional daily reminders

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

In principle, user personal information is destroyed without delay when service use ends or upon request for deletion.

• Retained Items: Email address, service usage records (data)
• Basis for Retention: Prevention of misuse and smooth withdrawal processing support
• Retention Period: Stored for 30 days after account deletion request, then permanently deleted

*(However, if retention is necessary under applicable laws such as the Consumer Protection Act in E-commerce, personal information is retained for the period specified by such laws.)*

4. Procedure and Method of Destroying Personal Information

The Company destroys personal information without delay when the purpose of processing is achieved.

• Destruction Procedure: Users can delete all records through [Settings > Clear History] in the app. Upon account withdrawal request, all user data is destroyed in an irrecoverable state.
• Destruction Method: Personal information stored in electronic file form is deleted using technical methods that cannot reproduce the records.

5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company does not provide user personal information to external parties in principle. However, the following cases are exceptions.

• When users have consented in advance
• When investigative agencies request information according to procedures and methods specified by law for investigative purposes

6. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

The Company outsources personal information as follows to improve service quality and ensure stable data server operation, and establishes necessary provisions in outsourcing contracts to ensure personal information is managed safely in accordance with applicable laws.

• In-app Purchase Processing: Apple App Store (managed directly by Apple; Company cannot access)
• iCloud Data Sync (Optional): Apple iCloud / CloudKit — Only when the user enables iCloud sync, quirky task records are stored on Apple's iCloud servers. Apple's Privacy Policy applies. (apple.com/legal/privacy)

7. User Rights and Methods of Exercising Them

Users can view or modify their personal information at any time and can discontinue service use by deleting the app.

Users can contact the personal information protection officer by email regarding any objections related to personal information, and we will take action without delay.

8. Measures to Ensure Personal Information Security

The Company takes the following technical and administrative measures as required by the Personal Information Protection Act to ensure security.

• Data Encryption: Important information is encrypted and stored securely.
• Secure Communication: All communication is conducted through secure protocols.
• Regular Security Reviews: Security levels are maintained to prevent personal information leakage from hacking or computer viruses.

9. In-app Purchase and Refunds

Quirkly provides optional in-app purchases (buy me a coffee) to support the developer.

• Purchase Processing: All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and managed according to Apple's security policies.
• Refunds: Refund policy follows the Apple App Store refund policy. Users can request refunds directly through their Apple account settings.
• Purchase History: Purchase history is linked to the Apple ID, and the Company cannot access purchase amounts or payment information.
