Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms define the conditions for using Dayco and the rights and responsibilities between users and the developer.

2. Service

Dayco is an iOS app that provides D-day counting, elapsed date counting, recurring anniversaries, calendar views, local notifications, and iCloud backup features based on dates entered by the user.

3. User Responsibility

Users must comply with applicable laws and must not interfere with normal service operation. Users are responsible for checking and managing the schedules and notification settings they enter.

4. Notifications and Backup

Notification behavior depends on iOS system policy and user notification settings. iCloud backup may vary depending on the user's Apple account, network condition, and device settings.

5. Changes and Suspension

The service may be changed or suspended in whole or in part for maintenance, stability, or operational reasons.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for service issues or missed schedules caused by force majeure, network failures, OS policy changes, denied notification permissions, or user input errors.

7. Privacy

Personal data handling follows the Privacy Policy.

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be resolved through good-faith consultation between the parties.
