1. Purpose

These Terms define the conditions for using Pocket Voice and the rights and responsibilities between users and the developer.

2. Service

Pocket Voice lets users add person photos and short voice clips, then view or play them in the app and iOS Home Screen widgets.

3. User Responsibility

Users must comply with applicable laws and must not register photos, voices, names, or other content that infringes another person’s rights.

4. Content and Rights

Users are responsible for the photos and voice recordings they add. The developer processes this data locally and in the widget shared container only to provide the service.

5. Recording, Playback, and Widgets

Recording, playback, and widget behavior may vary depending on iOS system policy, permission settings, and device state.

6. Changes and Suspension

The service may be changed or suspended for maintenance, stability, feature updates, or operational reasons.

7. Limitation of Liability

The developer is not liable for service issues caused by force majeure, network failures, operating system policy changes, permission settings, or user device environments.

8. Privacy

Personal data handling follows the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be resolved through good-faith consultation where possible.
